Shipping policy

  • Orders
    • Edge ships online orders to consumers within the continental United States only.
    • We will not ship to APO, P.O., or FPO addresses.
    • Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship from our warehouse location within 1-2 business days.
    • Standard ground delivery averages 7 business days.
    • Shipping charges apply unless otherwise stated in a promotion
    • We may charge tax where needed.
  • Returns
    • Eligibility
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
    • For safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.
      How to Start a Return
    • Contact us at @edgemeatbinder.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We’ll provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
      Refunds
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
    • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
    • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
      Exchanges
    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
      Exceptions
    • Final sale items (including promotional or discounted products) may not be eligible for return.
    • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
