Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship from our warehouse location within 1-2 business days.

Returns

Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- For safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Exceptions
- Final sale items (including promotional or discounted products) may not be eligible for return.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
