Application
Step 1: Prep the Meat
Pat the meat dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or silver skin if needed. Starting with a dry surface helps the binder adhere properly and lock in flavor.
Step 2: Apply the Binder
Shake well and apply a thin coat of The Original Edge Meat Binder using about 1–2 tablespoons per pound of meat. Work it evenly across the entire surface with your hand or a brush just enough to lightly coat the meat.
Step 3: Season
Season immediately with your favorite BBQ rub or seasoning. The binder helps the seasoning stick evenly to every cut.
Step 4: Rest & Grill
Let the seasoned meat sit at room temperature for 10–20 minutes, then it’s ready to hit the BBQ.
Pro Tip
A little goes a long way. Use just enough binder to coat the meat no heavy layers needed for maximum flavor and perfect bark.
