Shipping & Delivery
Orders
○ Edge ships online orders to consumers within the continental United States only.
○ We will not ship to APO, P.O., or FPO addresses.
○ Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship from our warehouse location within 1-2 business days.
○ Standard ground delivery averages 7 business days.
○ Shipping charges apply unless otherwise stated in a promotion
○ We may charge tax where needed.
Returns
Eligibility
○ Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
○ Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
○ For safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
○ Contact us at info@edgemeatbinder.com with your order number and reason for return.
○ We’ll provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
Refunds
○ Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
○ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
○ Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
○ If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
○ Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Exceptions
○ Final sale items (including promotional or discounted products) may not be eligible for return.
○ Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
