Orders

      Edge ships online orders to consumers within the continental United States only.

      We will not ship to APO, P.O., or FPO addresses.

      Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship from our warehouse location within 1-2 business days.

      Standard ground delivery averages 7 business days.

      Shipping charges apply unless otherwise stated in a promotion

      We may charge tax where needed.

Returns

 Eligibility

      Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

      Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

      For safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

      Contact us at info@edgemeatbinder.com with your order number and reason for return.

      We’ll provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.


Refunds

      Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

      Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

      Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

      If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

      Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


Exceptions

      Final sale items (including promotional or discounted products) may not be eligible for return.

      Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
